As per the official listing, the Galaxy S20 FE will come in Cloud Navy and Cloud Lavender colour options with a single 128GB storage variant. The phone has a punch-hole display with no curved edges. On the back, it has a triple camera setup along with an LED flash. It was listed to come with dual-SIM support.

According to the past leaks, the Galaxy S20 FE will have a 6.5-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz high refresh rate. The 5G model will carry a Snapdragon 865 processor, while the 4G model will get Exynos 990 SoC. The triple camera setup on the rear side will include two 12-megapixel sensors and an 8-megapixel sensor. For selfies, the phone is said to have a 32-megapixel camera sensor. It will run Android 10 with OneUI 2.5 on the top. The S20 FE will pack a 4,500mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.
