As per the information, the update has been released for unlocked and carrier variants (KT and SKT) of the Galaxy Note 9 in South Korea. It is currently rolling out in batches and will reach other regions very soon. Samsung Galaxy Note 9 users in South Korea who have not received the latest build yet can manually check the status by heading to Settings » Software update. The smartphone was launched back in 2018 with Android 8.1 Oreo and later it received two major OS upgrades. As a result, Galaxy Note 9 is currently running Android 10. But, it is not eligible for Android 11. However, the company is regularly updating the device with the latest security patches.
