As I have mentioned it before, It is a major update which brings the latest One UI 2.0 to the device. It is based on Android 10. If you own the device and are on Verizon network, then you may have already received the update. You can check the update manually or flash it manually. Though you can wait for the OTA update which may arrive within a few weeks or so.
Check OTA Update
Go to the device Settings -> Software update -> Download Updates on your phone. If you haven’t got the update notification yet, you can manually install the firmware. Make sure that those have already applied for the One UI 2.0 Beta program, will get the stable update very soon. Whereas if you’re already using One UI stable version (Pie), then you can easily upgrade to the latest One UI 2.0 stable version. We recommend you to connect your phone to a Wi-Fi and charge your phone up to 50%-60% as well.
