3C listing reveals that the smartphone has a charger model V12060L0C0-CN. This new charger can charge the device at 9V/2A (18W), 11V/2A (22W), 11V/3A (33W), 20V/5A (100W), 20V/6A (120W). So, the charger supports up to 120W of fast charging. 120W charging is not new to IQOO phones as the IQOO 5 Pro also supports 120W charging. For the IQOO 5 Pro, the company claimed that a 120W charger can fill a 4,000mAh battery in just 15 minutes.
Vivo sub-brand IQOO unveiled the IQOO 5 series in August and the next series was expected to be called IQOO 6 series. But, looks like the company will jump to IQOO 7 for its next series of flagships. The same tipster earlier said that the upcoming IQOO series will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 chipset.
Most of the specifications and design of the next IQOO series smartphones are a mystery. Since the device now starts appearing on certification sites, we are sure that more details will surface online in the coming weeks.
